A 38-year-old man has been arrested by the Farsh Bazaar police for allegedly duping people coming to ATM and fraudulently withdrawing their money. Twelve ATM cards have been recovered from his possession. The man was arrested after a security guard-enrolled under the Prahari Scheme identified the accused.
Nupur Prasad, DCP (Shahdara) said that the accused, Sandeep, has duped a large amount from more than 50 people in the past three years.
