Florida Airline Pilot Spots UFO at Springsteen Concert

A Florida airline pilot who was outside with family in Sunrise exiting a Bruce Springsteen concert reported watching a “large, pulsating, bright white light” that changed shape and color and conducted maneuvers in the sky before moving away at “tremendous speed,” according to May 3, 2014, testimony in Case 55981 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The witness identified himself as a current airline pilot with 34 years of experience based in Fort lauderdale who is familiar with air traffic for the local area. Springsteen was in concert April 29, 2014, at the BB&C Center in Sunrise. The witness was exiting the concert about 11:25 p.m. on April 29.

“I looked up to see what a group of people were pointing towards the sky. An extremely bright, pulsating, round white light appeared to be slowly moving north toward the arena. I immediately assumed in was an aircraft on base leg getting ready to make a right turn to land at KFll. The landing light, or what I thought was a landing light, was extremely bright. Thinking back it really was too bright to be an aircraft but I figured it could be,” he said. Reportedly then, The object then began to pulsate and seemed to change shape.

Boy of five banned for wearing dresses and heals

A five-year-old boy has been banned from an after-school club — because he keeps turning up in princess dresses and high heels. Romeo Clarke has a collection of 100 dresses and eight pairs of children’s high heels which he likes to wear every day after school.

But the youngster was accused by organisers of the church-run club of “confusing” the other children by his choice of clothes. His shocked mum Georgina, 36, has lodged a complaint with the playgroup, claiming it is discriminating against her son.

She fumed: “I was so cross whaen I was told about it that I was really speechless. Wearing the dress is his choice and if wearing it makes him happy it’s fine with me. This is not a case of my son being trapped in a girl’s body — he’s a normal tom-boy who, because he has three big sisters, likes wearing dresses. What is wrong with thatIJ” Romeo started at St Marie's Catholic Primary School in Rugby, Warks, in September.

Bank robbery note was on grocery receipt

An Oregon police affidavit says a robber at the Home Federal Bank two weeks ago demanded money by giving the teller a note written on the back of a grocery receipt. It was only part of the receipt, Bend Detective Jeff Frickey said in the affidavit, but it had the last four digits of a food stamp account and the account balance — enough to get investigators going.

State records provided a name to go with the account number, the Bend Bulletin reported , and an online search of the name turned up a pawn shop transaction with a telephone number. A service provider then came up with the coordinates of the phone, the Stillwater Campground in Central Oregon. The 54-year-old Robert Short was arrested on charges of theft and robbery
