Siberian Teen Auctions Her Virginity For $27,000
A teenager in Siberia successfully auctioned off her virginity online. “Money is urgently needed, so I am selling the most treasured thing,” the 18-year-old wrote on Russian auction website 24au.ru. The woman, who listed her name only as “Shatuniha,” said she was willing to meet the next day. “I can come to a hotel at Predmostnaya (Square) with a certificate proving my innocence.”
The auction was posted October 30 with a 800,000 ruble price tag, which translates to about $24,600. A day later, someone had bid 900,000 rubles, or about $27,700, in order to deflower her. Shatuniha not only auctioned off her chastity for a hefty sum, she appears to have done it with impunity. Police in Krasnoyarsk, Russia, where the teen lives, said that she broke no laws. “(We have) no right to give a moral assessment of the girl’s actions,” officials said. (Huffington Post)
No Race for girl After getting 666 Number
High school cross-country runner Codie Thacker spent months training for a big regional race in Kentucky only to drop out at the last minute. The reason: The 16-year-old was assigned the number “666” for the race. As religious devotees and heavy metal fans are well aware of, “666” is considered the number of the beast in the Bible, and Thacker didn’t want to risk her faith just to compete. “I didn’t want to risk my relationship with God and try to take that number,” Thacker said.
Gina Croley, Thacker’s coach, sensed the junior might have problems wearing this particular number. “I saw it and I was like, ‘whoa,’” she said. “I don’t think she will wear that number.” Croley tried to get the number changed, but officials for the Kentucky High School Athletic Association denied the request. Toddler Walks A Mile For Help After Mother Is Killed
A three-year-old girl walked more than a mile down a busy road in Florida to her grandmother’s house to seek help after her father allegedly murdered her mother, officials said. Sgt Kristin Thompson of the lake County Sheriff’s Department described the little girl as “kind of heroic”. He added: “That’s quite a distance for a three-year-old.”
The little girl knew the route to her grandmother’s house because she had walked it with her mother, he said.
The sheriff’s department named Johnny lashawn Shipman, 36, as the suspect and issued a warrant for his arrest in the death of Kristi lynne Delaney, 26, of Mascotte, 40 miles west of Orlando. (Reuters)

Maduro recently announced that November 1 would herald the arrival of “early Christmas” in Venezuela, “because we want happiness for all people.” Maduro sealed the deal by lighting Nativity lights at the Presidential Palace of Miraflores over the weekend and announcing that workers in the country will receive most of their bonuses and pensions nearly a month early.
Critics point out that, as a function of early Christmas, bonuses will be paid out by December 1, just a week before the country is slated to hold municipal elections, on December 8. Justin Bieber’s recent sighting outside a Brazilian brothel sent a bad message to his fans. But a brothel owner wants to help to the baby-faced singer maintain his clean reputation. Dennis Hof, owner of the Moonlight Bunny Ranch is offering to Bieber a chance to become an “apprentice pimp” and his business partner. “It’s a safety issue. I’m so afraid he’s contracted a disease,” Hof said. “I’d like him to go to a legal US brothel so he doesn’t endanger his fans.”
The 19-year-old singer and a friend reportedly spent three hours in the popular brothel Centauros bordello in Rio de Janeiro before the teen heartthrob sneaked out, covered in a bedsheet. Sources said that Bieber left with two women. Bieber was identified by his wraparound wrist tattoo, which is visible in some photos, as well as his signature sneakers.
Hof’s decision to take Bieber under his wing isn’t just out of the goodness of his heart. “He’s going downhill and we want to help him,” he said. “I know he’s from Canada, but his fan base is here, so I’d like him to buy American.” He thinks the singer’s involvement in the Bunny Ranch could make legal prostitution more mainstream and even has a slogan ready: “Be a Belieber in safe sex.” (Huffington Post)
