Justin, take a break!
After the 19-year-old singer recently endured a nightmare week in london where he argued with the paparazzi and collapsed on stage, former child star Christina Aguilera believes Justin Bieber should take time off to recharge. She told Hollyscoop: “You live life and it’s hard to grow up in front of a camera. You learn as you get older to take moments for yourself, step away from the camera, re-inspire yourself as an artist, rejuvenate and refresh.” Christina also advised the Believe singer to be more independent and stand up to those who are pushing him around. She said: “I would tell Bieber, don’t let anything morph you or push you around or have you be something you’re not. I’ve always been really honest and true to my own roots and been really grounded, not letting myself stray too much.” Recently Jon M Chu, who directed Justin’s Never Say Never documentary, insisted the youngster is fine and just ‘figuring stuff out’. He said: “I love the kid. The kid’s a good guy. He’ s amazingly talented. And he’s growing up. He’s figuring his stuff out.”
NY state of mind
Jason Bateman, an American film and television actor best known for his role as Michael Bluth, who has daughters Francesca and Maple with wife Amanda Anka, wants to move to New York when the girls go to college. He is also thinking of hosting his chat show. Speaking in the April 2013 GQ Style Bible, Jason Batemen said: “Without getting too specific about it, because I can’t, I’ve thought seriously about it as recently as last year. Having just come back from doing a week of talk shows last week, I was talking to my wife, Amanda about, in twenty years when the girls go to college and we can finally move to New York, which is what I’ve been wanting to do forever–if television will have me, I would love to do that. Regis Philbin retired at what, 80IJ So in 20 years I'll be 64. To host a talk show then, that would be a fun way to do the last bit.”
Rob homes in on Stewart
Twilight series actress Kristen Stewart had moved into her own home in los Angeles after she split with Robert Pattinson last year. Even though they later reconciled, they remained in separate houses until Pattinson returned from filming in Australia last week. A friend of Kristen's told Hollywoodlife.com: “Rob is living at Kristen's. He considers it his home, Kristen's there, their dogs are there and most of his stuff is there. Every thing that is important to him is there. I guess his home is where the heart is. And right from the get go Kristen made it clear that it was also his home. “Pals believe the enforced separation while Robert was working on The Rover in Australia was a good thing as it has brought them closer together.
