Two children of a family died and seven others grievously hurt when an overloaded WagonR car they were in turned turtle and fell 20 feet below. The accident happened on Saturday morning near Dankaur area of Greater Noida. Mohammad Bhure was on his way to attend the wedding reception of a relative in Dankaur area with eight members of his family in a WagonR.
No sooner had the speeding car passed Galgotia University, the front left tyre burst causing it to skid 50 metres and hurtling 20 feet below to the service lane.The injured were extricated from the mangled car and rushed to Kailash Hospital in Greater Noida.Sameer, 12 and his eight-year-old sister Shahnaz were pronounced dead on arrival. Seven others received serious head injuries and are battling for life in an ICU.
