It appears that it’s going to be a lean week where good movies  are concerned. Fret not, save your money for movies like Kingsman: The Golden Circle, Simran and Bhoomi that are set to release by the third week of this month. But if you are the kind who likes to do things every weekend, watching Mughal-e-Azam playing at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in the capital is a better option.

With Sameer, the makers have nothing new to offer to the viewers though it does try to do by bringing is something twist. But it comes into late. By the time the interval rolls in, one already has an inclination of how the things are going to unfold.

That spells disaster for this film. Not that most Bollywood movies are not predictable. But one doesn’t mind them if they are love stories. After all who loves a love story gone badIJ We all want a happy ending here. So predictability is good in this case. It helps prevent one rom reaching for a handkerchief.

Sameer, fails to deliver even if the storyline and the plot has a twist to offer at the climax.
