There are a few things that Bollywood needs to do if it wants to churn out horror films every-now-and-then. The directors and the producers have to understand that a song in a movie that promotes itself as a scary movie doesn’t sit well unless the bhoot or the scare quotient is an intrinsic a part of the song and dance.

And while it is a bhoot movie, there has to be some kind of credibility even if most of us leave our brains outside the cinema hall to watch them. Unlike Sheldon Copper who in The Big Bang Theory took 30 hours to decipher the Matrix 3 movie, we will become ghosts ourselves in trying to decipher this one. The fact that the scriptwriter needs to get the facts correct is another matter — Dogs don’t have extrasensory perception, they just have very good hearing.  Then is the fact that Bipasha for majority of the movie is seen in her night wear. Why one doesn’t know. Or probably because the bhoot goes bump only at night.

Once you get over these gaps, one can sit down to see the movie. Bipasha has finally become our Horror Queen. She does manage to do bhoot rather well. Another matter that the film industry can’t make a really scary movie which one can’t actually see alone. This one — the scare quotient is low and far between. One know when the thing will go bump and that takes away the fear factor.

Overall the movie makes for a one time watch.
