Chief Minster Raghubar Das said that youth power is the real power of the State. Addressing a gathering during Akhil Bhartiya Chaurasia Mahasabha at Harmu Ground in Ranchi, he said, "Youth in the Country amounts to around 65 per cent of the total population, still no one was bothered about them."
"Prime Minister Narendra Modi was the first to start Skill Development Ministry to hone their skills and connect them with self employment," said the Das. It will further help in creating youths as assents for the Nation, he added.
The Chief Minister said that more than 20 lakh youths are being imparted training under various skill development programmes to make them self employed. He also appealed the social organizations to contribute in the making the new Jharkhand with dedication.
"You should adopt any economically weak tribal or Scheduled Caste dominated village and help in its development as removing poverty from the State or the Country is the dream of new Jharkhand," said the Chief Minister.
"World has been changing fast, it's high time we should change ourselves otherwise we will lag behind in the race of development," added the CM.
