The first session of the third and final day of the Jharkar Yoga Festival organised by the Art of living Vyakti Vikas Kendra, Ranchi and Ayush Ministry, at JCSOI ground in the capital, witnessed 108 rounds of Surya Namaskar competitions.
In the second session of the festival, a special lecture series was organized on the subject of Karma Yoga. In that lecture the speakers included Swami Madhavanand of Chinmaya Mission Ashram and the State Coordinator of Aol Karmayog co-founder of Jharkhand AOl Praveen Kumar participated.
Discussion on the work of Karmayog defined the third chapter of the Gita discussed.
After this, a workshop was organised on the topic of stress management.
