Against the backdrop of a protracted slowdown in the economy, XlRI (Xavier School of Management) is proud to announce that it has placed its entire batch of 245 students — of its flagship Business Management and Human Resource Management Programmes — in just four days.
The final recruitment process of 2014 saw the presence of 103 prominent recruiters with 254 offers across domains with a variety of roles in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, banking, sales and marketing, strategy, operations and human resource functions.
The placement season witnessed the participation of over 32 new recruiters in addition to the plethora of traditional recruitment partners.
In continuation with the trend from the recently concluded summer internship placements the CRP was marked by an overwhelming presence of recruiters from the financial sector domain and advent of new recruiters from the consulting domain.
XlRI has always been one of the most sought after campus for the sales and marketing role and it continues to remain so. However, as far as Human Resource Management is concerned XlRI is a premier, private management institute in India founded in 1949 by Fr Quinn Enright, SJ in Jharkhand.
Over the last six decades, XlRI has helped shape responsible business leaders who serve organisations of repute across the globe. As an institution, XlRI continually strives to contribute its might to the professional growth and management of innumerable organisations that serve the public — especially organised industry sectors, labour welfare, service agencies engaged in rural development, education, health and other public systems — XlRI continues to remain the undisputed leader.
