Chief Minister Raghubar Das today instructed Deputy Development Commissioners (DDC) of the State to take help of 20 point programme officials to complete works related to ODF and PM Housing schemes. Holding a meeting with DDCs on MlA schemes and CM development schemes, he also asked to take help of Kamal Clubs and SHG members in the works to achieve the targets in time.
He called uon the officers to work with mission and vision to achieve the targets and at the same time asked them to have faith in the people. Das asked the officers to engage people and solve their problems, work with them for speedy development of the State.
Das, on the occasion, asked to complete work of the developing 15 villages of martyrs by January 26, 2018. He asked the DDCs to monitor the work personaly and adopt one village each in every district.
The Cm also asked the officials to honour people’s representatives. He asked them not to do anyting wrong in pressure but do the work in the ambit of rules and laws. He asked to remain in contact with MlAs, MPs for recommendation of schemes and end corruption at the lower levels.
Devlopment Commissioner Amit Khare gave detailed account of government’s steps being taken for development work in the State. Chief Seceretary Rajbala Verma, Principal Secretary to CM Sanjay Kumar, Secretary to CM Sunil Kumar Barnwal, Welfare Secretary Himani Pandey, Transport Secretary KK Khandelwal, REO Secretary Avinash Kumr and other officers were present in the meeting.
