The Chief Minister said publicity is also being done to ensure that there is no confusion or confusion about vaccination. “Corona vaccine is completely safe and effective; please send this message to more and more people. The vaccine will be important as a safety net for all of our lives,” he added.
The CM on Monday held discussions through video conferencing with all MPs/MLAs of Santhal Pargana division and Palamu division in view of increasing cases of coronavirus infection.
After becoming aware of the views and suggestions of all MPs / MLAs, he said in his address that the present time is definitely a time of great concern. All people are going through difficult times. The whole world is suffering from corona infection.
He said the challenge is more for us as Jharkhand is a backward State. 70 per cent of the people here live in rural areas. Most of the people live by farming or fencing.
Soren said, “All of you have raised concerns about the third wave and have made several important suggestions. According to your thoughts and suggestions, the State Government is preparing an action plan to deal with the third wave. With the support of all of you, the State Government has done a better job on the corona infection than the neighboring states like Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Bengal etc. All health workers and frontline workers deserve thanks for doing good work with limited resources, I salute them. Many of our officials have lost their lives by saving the lives of infected patients, I also salute them.”
The CM said in the second wave of Covid-19, there is a steady increase in the number of infected persons, which is why there is a slight delay in the arrival of the test report.
He said the Government has placed an order for the machines of two Cobas company for RTPCR tests. These machines can be installed in the State by the end of June.
Soren added, “All of you have given your suggestions for the availability of oxygen flowmeter (regulator). Despite lack of medical oxygen, treatment is getting hampered due to lack of regulators. The Government is working on coordinating with the Indo-Danish tool room for the availability of the regulator, and formulating the model of the regulator in collaboration with several private companies of the State. Soon we will be able to produce regulators in our State itself. We are constantly working to ensure the availability of nasal pipes. Within a week, we will be able to supply the nasal pipe smoothly.”
The CM added a medical oxygen refilling unit is needed in Palamu division. Taking a positive initiative in this direction, the State Government will soon establish a Medical Oxygen Refilling Unit in Palamu. PCA machines will also be installed in all hospitals of the State.
He added a third wave of Corona infection has been warned by experts. The State Government is serious about dealing with the third wave and preparations have been started.
It is estimated by the experts that children in the third wave may be more susceptible to infection, so the State Government will hold virtual meetings with all child specialist physicians and experts within the next two-three days.
