Two criminals were arrested in the murder case of Ganesh Bharti, son of Indradev Bharti, from Maradih village of Kudu Thana. The incident took place on January 4. It was probed that the murder was executed in matter of love affair. The chief culprit, Vivek Bharti, had murdered his uncle Ganesh Bharti with Sanjau Oraon the son of his friend Charan Oraon of Jiling village.
SP Manoj Ratan said, “The culprit Vivek Bharti used to go to the home of Ganesh to provide tuition to his children. During the course he developed intimated relationships with his wife. Then he planned to murder Ganesh with Sanjay Oraon. They called Ganesh at Bihari Dhaba asking for treat as he passed his graduation.
Both made Ganesh drink a lot and again took to Jingi. There Sanjay killed him with axe on force of Vivek.” Vivek had also left a slip written to give Rs3 thousand and put into pocket of Ganesh to misguide the police.
