A team of members of Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce and Industry met the Chief Secretary of Jharkhand Ram Sevak Sharma in his office and handed over a memorandum to him demanding fulfillment of several demands raised by the traders.
The traders discussed various points related to trade and commerce with the Chief Secretary.
They said the State Commercial Tax department should ensure smooth functioning of its department and convenience of the department, informed the general secretary of SCCI, Vijay Anand Moonka, on Tuesday. He said the issues related to the welfare of the traders were raised during the meeting with Sharma.
