Tritiya Prastuti Committee (TPC) extremist assaulted a businessman and also looted cash and jewellery worth Rs40,000 at village Dole under Dandai Police Station. The injured entrepreneur was shifted to Garhwa hospital.The victim has identified as Manohar Prakash Gupta, a resident of village Dole under Dandai Police Station.
According to victim, when he was returning after collecting debt in another village, three armed TPC extremists namely Bipin Sao, Bifan Yadav and Keju Bhuiyan stopped his motorcycle on gunpoint near the spot and took him 2 km away towards a forest.
Then, they badly assaulted him and looted Rs10,000 cash, a gold chain and a gold ring. They also snatched his motorcycle. They also bounded him for six hours (from 12 am to 6 pm) there. They released him after threatening him to deposit levy money in connection wioth the land sold to Usha Martin.
Police lodged an FIR in the connection but no arrest ha s been made so far.
