Jharkhand Kumhar Coordination Committee organized a felicitation ceremony for retired persons of the society at Anand Saraswati Bal Niketan. On this occasion, people of the society who have retired from government service were honored by presenting them the book Ramcharitmanas. The program was inaugurated by lighting the lamp. The program was presided over by Prem Kishore Prajapati, President of Jharkhand Potters Coordination Committee. On the occasion, he said that there are such guides in the society who are confined to their homes after retirement. The program has been organized with the aim of taking inspiration from him and giving him due respect in the society. In the program organized, the thoughts of the retired employees were taken as blessings and inspiration was taken to follow the path shown by them in the development of the society. About 40 retired personnel were honored in the program. Which mainly includes the names of Vasudev Prajapati, Nemdhari Mahato, Jakdi Ram, Bajrang Prajapati, Dinesh Prajapati, Kiran Prajapati, Ramdas Prajapati, Bhagwat Prajapati and others.
On the occasion, retired teacher Vasudev Prajapati said that in the present time people salute the rising sun, the importance of the setting sun is decreasing but the committee of Jharkhand Potters Coordination Committee made an effort to make the society aware by honoring the retired workers. He said that in the present context, retired employees keep gaining many types of experiences. By gaining their experience, the family and society can be taken in a better direction. Bajrang Prajapati said that after joining government service. Efforts are made to maintain one's family in a proper manner and to give better education to the children. Kiran Prajapati said that the upbringing of the family should be such that it has values.
Due to lack of values, children are becoming distant from not only the family but also the society. Appealing to the women, he said that the government has announced to give 33 percent reservation to women, in the coming time women will get its benefit. Women should come out of the house and understand their responsibilities and play a role in the development of the society.
