Hotel le lac is organising first time a “Tawa Food Festival” with Ranch Night from November 16 to November 24 daily 7 pm onwards. This is as per the commitment of the hotel to bring something unique and different every month as this time they have come up with a unique concept in series of their food festival.
“The main objective of this food festival is to provide not only the Indian but global cuisine on Tawa (cradle) which people may unearthed the cuisine which they would like to discover in a most exciting way,” said Chief Executive Officer of the Hotel le lac, S Angshuman.
Food & Beverage Manager Amit Kaushik informed that people would like to enjoy delicacies from around the world where few of the dishes are special creation of their Master Chef Nand Kishore Chaudhary. Few of the specialties and signature dishes are Capicino Soup, Subz Mewa Kebab, Cottage Cheese Medalian, Sarowal Steak, Malai Kurkure, Tomato Mikato, Italian Veg, Chicken Bomb A la’ le lac, Veg Bomb A la’ le lac, Soyabean Chop, le lac Tawa dal (cooked for 18 hrs), Tawa Usal, Keema Kaleji on Tawa, Tawa Biryani & Tawa Pulao, Gurda Kapura, Shahi Boondi on Tawa, Mirchi Ka Halwa, Assorted Tawa Sweet, Bhaklawa, Chocolate Daarsan, etc. Chef Maqsud Alam, another Master Chef has specially flown from Kolkata to create unique dishes for Dessert Section.
The ambience of a beautiful Ranch has been created by le lac team at their lake side. It is decorated with props used for Ranch i.e.- wooden fencing with horse stable, horse whip, colorful life size cut out of cow boys on horse. There is a fireplace and bonfire with unique light effects. The whole setup gives the very soothing Ranch night atmosphere in chilling wintery season to enjoy the global creation of food.
The hosts and the servers will be having a cowgirl and cowboys attire, of course with cowboy hat. Adding to this Md Ashique, Operation Manager of the hotel, highlighted the benefits for the participants and guests in this festival. They can win prizes like complimentary buffet dinner voucher for a couple, voucher for spa, and many more. There will be a lucky draw daily and a jackpot draw of 2 night/3day stay in a star hotel will be on the last day of the festival.
