Complaints and information has started pouring in at Nidan with its start. On Sunday April 5 MP Jayant Sinha has inaugurated this ambitious program of the present district administration led by DC Mukesh Kumar for quick redressal of the complaints of the general people of the district and to get information beneficial for the society and for the administration.
At this single window system center called Nidan 48 complaints and information were registered. 41 people visited the center and gave their applications while seven used the phone and mobile numbers publicised by the district administration. Registration numbers were given to every complainer.
In the evening executive magistrate Madhu Kumari, who is in-charge of this center, put all the applications and complaints received through mobiles before the deputy commissioner. DC Mukesh Kumar immediately sent the applications to the concerned departments, offices with instruction to solve the problem within limited timeframe which he gave on the applications.
