Voice for special status to Jharkhand is thriving from every corner but, a buzz for framing the local policy in the State is also mounting. “local policy is what State requires first, not special status. The ex- Ministers of the State, especially Sudesh Mahto are diverting the issue from local policy to special status,” said Rajendra Prasad, president of Sanyukt Sadaan Sanghrsa Samiti at a core committee meeting held on Thursday. In the past also Sadaan has raised their voice for implementing the decision of the Delimitation Commission in Jharkhand and yesterday also they remained on their stand regarding this issue.
