Melwyn Rego, MD & CEO of Bank of India was in Ranchi on Friday to review the preparation and progress for PMMY Mega Mudra Camp to be launched by Prime Minister on October 2 at Dumka. The Meeting was held in Hotel Radission Blu, Ranchi.
The review meeting was attended by GM, RBI, CGM, NABARD, GM, Allahabad Bank and Controlling Heads of other Major Banks. The meeting was conducted by MK Gupta, in-charge, State level Bankers’ Committee (SlBC), Jharkhand.
Detailed discussions on progress and performance of banks in sanction of Mudra loans with special emphasis on SISHU loans were held. It was observed that all the major banks in the State are fully geared up for making the Mega Camp a grand success.
