NIPM, Ranchi Chapter organised a session on ‘Inclusivity at Workplace Enabling Retention’ at Darbhanga House here on Monday. The session was conducted by Social Entrepreneur, CSR consultant and former faculty of IIM, Ranchi Dr Arpita Sutradhar.
During the session Dr. Arpita had a detailed discussion with the members on Inclusivity and how it helps to enable Retention of the employees. According to her there are three dimensions of Inclusivity i.e. Gender, Age and Diversity. The members ensured that the session was interactive and shared their experiences with everyone.
Earlier Director (Personnel) CCl and President of Ranchi Chapter, NIPM R S Mahapatro welcomed Dr Arpita. Addressing the session he said that the session was quite helpful in enhancing our knowledge about the topic and NIPM, Ranchi Chapter will continue to organize such interactive
sessions.
