On Saturday, a sedition case was registered in bypoll bound Dumka against state BJP president Deepak Prakash for allegedly trying to destabilize the JMM-Congress government, as per police case.

Prakash daring the State Government said that strange are ways of Soren government. He said," The Soren government left no chance in loding case against me for political remark, but the Soren government is least intrested to even say a word against Father Stan Swamy arrested by NIA in Bhima Koregaon case."

Swamy, has been questioned by NIA and Pune police  has been placed under arrest for links with banned CPI (Maoists).

The BJP president said that it doesn't look pleasant to hear constitutional and legal sermon from a person (chief minister) who talks about using muscle power from public meeting.

Prakash said, "The chief minister doesn't believe in legal and constitutional structure. Had the chief minister believed in the legal and constitutional structure, the government would  not have given clean chit to Stan Swamy who has been arrested by NIA for plotting conspiracy against Prime Minister Narendra Modi."

The BJP president also raised the issue of worsening law and order situation in State. He said atrocities against women especially those against tribal women has gone up in State ever since the Hemant Soren government came to power.
