In a bid to maintain peace and enable smooth traffic movement around Government buildings as well as official residence of Chief Minister and Governor, the district administration has imposed Section 144 beyond a certain radius around it.
Section 144 has been imposed beyond 100 meters from Rajbahwan, 100 meters from CM House, 150 meters from Nepal House, 750 meters from Vidhan Sabha, 200 meters from Project Building, Telephone Bhawan, FFB Building, and Police Headquarters.
Section 144 will be effective from October 25 to the next two months.
