State BJP Spokesperson Pratul Shahdeo today said that despite being declared leader by the grand alliance, Hemant Soren is still afraid of Congress. That is why who ever calls Hemant in rally he goes there. In today’s Mamta Banerjee rally those political powers have participated who are going to contest the elections against Congress, he added.
Shahdeo said that Akhilesh and Mayawati have put Congress at bay in UP. “Mamta Banerjee also made a clear announcement that she will not contest elections with the Congress. Aam Aadmi Party’s Arvind Kejriwal too has separated himself from the Congress. Chandrababu Naidu has also announced that he will not contest elections with the Congress,” he added.
Mocking on the alliance Shahdeo said, “This whole issue clearly shows that Hemant is using pressure tactics for Congress. Actually, Congress has a long history of cheating its allies.” In the last Lok Sabha elections, the Congress, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha and RJD had fought together against the BJP and now the Left parties, and Babulal are joining them, he added.
Speaking on performance of BJP in last elections Shahdeo said, “Even if all votes added to these parties obtained in last Lok Sabha Elections, the percentage of votes in the last Lok Sabha elections secured by BJP was 40.71 per cent, which was much higher than the percentage of votes cast for all these parties.”
Shahdeo said that all scamsters are now riding on the same boat fearing Narendra Modi and people will sink the boat in upcoming elections.
