SAIL today launched “Aanya”, a Special Leadership intervention for select women executives in E5-E7 grade. The Intervention is being organized through SHRM. Shri KK Singh, Director (Personnel), SAIL in his inaugural address called upon this 1st batch of “Aanya” participants to be the change catalysts and role models for future women leaders in the organization. The “Aanya” Logo was launched by Shri Sanjeev Kumar ED (HRD), SAIL who urged the participants to make the best of this opportunity and make their mark in all aspects of the organization. The launch program was attended by Heads of Personnel, Heads of Training, and HRD personnel along with participants from across SAIL. Ashish Kaul, Director, SHRM, and his team briefed the participants about the intervention. Sanjay Dhar, CGM (HRD), MTI proposed the Vote of thanks.
