The State Government taking serious note of the allegation of scam in handing over renovation work of Sikidri hydel project to BHEl has said that it would come with entire facts and figures on March 19. Minister CP Singh said on Tuesday, “The CBI is looking into the matter and has conducted some inquiries as well. We are collecting all the facts related to this and would come with entire information on March 19.
Officials have been told to gather all the information related to this.” JVM’s Pradeep Yadav had alleged that against the original estimate of Rs two crore for renovation, the work was handed over to BHEl at Rs22 crore. CBI has also started initial investigation into it.
