In present time it is the biggest challenge to provide job to the youths of this country. Besides the basic knowledge employers are now searching skilled persons so skill development is the need of hour for the youths of this country. It would be easy for a skilled or well-trained youth to get employed in comparison to those who do not have any special knowledge. It was said by local MP cum MoS Jayant Sinha in the inaugural ceremony of Pandit Din Dayal Upadhyay Skill Development Center at Hazaribagh.
60% of the total population of our country is young. A large number of youths are unemployed. In towns youths have the opportunity to get skilled in some specific fields but for the youths of rural areas it is still very tough to get skilled and to become employed. Modi government realized it and in last budget a fund of Rs. 1500 crores was created to train the rural youths under scheme Din Dayal Kaushal Vikash Yojna, he added.
Today the dream of PM Modi to make the rural youths skilled is going to be true here at Hazaribagh with the start of this training center. Jayant said that selected 750 youths of the district will get skill development training here. It will be a residential training center where the youths will have to spend six months. After completion of training program selected 600 youths will get financial assistance cum loan to start their own business.
Rural development society will run the Din Dayal Upadhyay Skill Development Center of Hazaribagh. It was informed that for the first batch 750 youths have been selected and most of them belong to BPl families. The next batch will start after 6 months.
MoS Jayant Sinha inaugurated the center by cutting the ribbon and lightening the lamp. The members of rural development society and selected youths gave a warm welcome to their member of parliament. 2 selected youths namely Amit Gupta and Rupa Kumari also spoke on the occasion. They said that it is really a good step taken by Modi government for rural youths which will start
fruiting soon.
