The process of formal interrogation of the two Ministers – Haji Hussain Ansari and Suresh Paswan — will start soon. The police are likely to seek permission from the Assembly Speaker by Wednesday. Asserting the fact, names of at least 4 to 5 judicial officers are also coming in the episode other than Mustaque Ahmed, Pankaj Srivastava and Rajesh Kumar, the police will also start the process to interrogate them as soon as it gets substantial evidences against them.
The police, however, is yet to get permission from Patna High Court to interrogate Sherghati Session Judge Rajesh Kumar. “If we do not get permission by tomorrow, we will send a reminder to Patna High Court for the same,” said SP City Anoop Birthare.
