PNS

Palamu police finally nabbed the registered medical practitioner Surinder Paswan who is alleged to have treated her for her burn injuries and had done a three inch incision on her left abdomen. BJP Chhaterpur MlA Radha Krishan Kishore over worked to save this dalit woman who is now undergoing treatment in RIMS Ranchi with the operated wound.Confirming this arrest of Paswan SP Palamu Indrajeet Mahatha said the RMP Paswan has been booked under section 323, 341 307 and 376 of IPC. He said police have invoked section 376 as the victim dalit woman Reeta Devi has alleged her being sexually assaulted during the course of her treatment by Paswan.

Invoking section 307 is harsh as it amounts to attempt to murder and in this case the RMP will have to explain his entire motive and practice in the court of law said sources.

SP Mahatha further said this RMP faces one more section 120 (b) which is conspiratorial as here in this case of this dalit woman two local Saheeyas are also being mentioned.

Mahatha said police will investigate this case with two angles. This woman had burn injuries and the treating person here this RMP Paswan ought to have first informed the local Naudeeha police about the burnt woman case which he did not do.

Again the police will find out the reason behind the 3 inch incision on her left abdomen when she had no problem with her abdomen and has had a ten week pregnancy.
