DC Paramjeet Kaur held a meeting with ration dealers of Public Distribution System in the DC office. She directed to assist the persons involved in the election duty going to their areas as for food, shelter and security purposes. She also said them not to work against model code of conduct.
On the occasion SP Mrityunjay Kumar, AC Badrinath Chobey, SDO Akhouri Shashank Sinha and ration dealers were present. SP Mrityunjay Kumar directed all the police officials\\ and policemen to be extra alert for the election. The escaped warranties should be arrested soon and the information system should be strengthened. He also told t keep a strict vigil on the unsocial elements. He guessed the persons involved in crimes may create problems in the election.
The security for the election is a big issue and to assure it a vehicle check drive has been started to keep a vigil upon the unsocial elements. During this course many vehicles have been ceased not having proper documents.Meanwhile, training for wireless lED, the three days training of first aid was started for the upcoming lS election. The training was given by SDPO SA Rijwi. The policemen were trained for operating the wireless. They were told about the first aid and how to escape and cure the viral infections. They were told the importance of their duties during the election and hence take care of the health.
To stay at any of the hotel in the city the halters will have to furnish the Xerox copy of identity proof. At the same time the owner of the hotel will have t submit all the records to the corresponding Thana. The Thana-in-charge Sudhir Prasad Sahu has issued notice to all the owners of hotels and rest houses.
