Deferring his departure for Delhi for a day, PCC president Sukhdeo Bhagat and ClP leader Rajendra Singh would leave on Tuesday to finalise new names in district organisational setup. The list of those who are going to be replaced is ready and would be made public later this week.

Sources in the party said that some senior leaders of the Congress also candidates for the lok Sabha polls who have been complaining about non-cooperation during the election are behind the rig jig.

"Pradeep Balmuchu, Furkan Ansari and Dheeraj Sahu have lots of complaints against district presidents of several lok Sabha constituencies. They have blamed the local setup of the party for their defeats. It has also been felt that the party needs to replace some inactive leaders ahead of the Assembly polls. This is going to happen during the exercise," said a party functionary. Apart from replacements about 5-6 positions are vacant as well which would be filled.

Also the change of face may also come in the form of some vice-presidents and general secretaries at PCC level who are said to be either acting against the interest of the party or have been inactive. Discussion in this regard had also taken place when Jharkhand in-charge of the Congress BK Hariprasad visited Ranchi last time.

The meeting is also going to take a concrete view on alliance for the upcoming polls. "The matter would be discussed and based on the outcome or indications from the high command we would be in a position to finalise the names of our contesting candidates in near future," said PCC president Sukhdeo Bhagat. However, he was not sure that the meeting is going to seal the fate of the alliance immediately.

In the meanwhile the party on Monday also released the list of in-charges for all the 24 districts those would look into the implementation of programmes the party is running in the light of the Assembly elections.
