Secretary of Panchayati Raj Department, Rajiv Arun Ekka said to the elected representatives of the panchayats to draft within two months time development schemes in their notified areas.
Various schemes will be made by gram sabha on 29 subjects among them five subjects are education, health, agriculture, cooperative, and social developmental department power. Rights have been given to the Panchayats regarding this. He was speaking in a workshop held at Aryog Bhavan Bariatu on Wednesday.
KK Soan, Director of Agriculture and Cooperative said to the leaders that they will be send to the other State to see agriculture activities so that more production of paddy can be taken from shree technique.
Drinking Water and Sanitation Department Secretary, Sudhir Prasad appealed to speed up the work of rural water and sanitation though cooperation also underlined the role of jal sahiyas.
