Students of Delhi Public School Ranchi outshined others by registering brilliant performance in the JEE Mains 2017 examination, results of whcih were dclared on Thursday.
DPS Principal Dr Ram Singh shared that Anirudha Anil Ojha of the schoool secured 320 marks out of 360 and grabbed 92nd position all over India. Four of the school students secured ranks within 1000 including Anirudha Anil Ojha 92 rank (320 / 360), Ayush Kumar 385 rank (297 / 360), Mayank Kumar 811 rank (280 /360) and Subham Saha 885 rank (277 / 360).
The Principal said that 24 students secured more than 200 marks in JEE Mains and over 200 students qualified for JEE Advanced. Notably, he said that in two sections 30 out of 39 and 25 out of 40 students made their presence in JEE Mains. As against the highest marks secured last year which was 282 this year it has soared to 320 marks.
