Reliance Power, the company that had pulled out from 4000 MW Tilaiya UMPP citing delay in granting land and other clearances, has not responded to the missive sent by the State Government to reconsider.
“We have sent a letter to them for reconsidering the decision. No reply from their side has come yet. Anyway we have kept both, legal recourse and reconciliatory measures open in this particular case,” said Energy Secretary SKG Rahate.
