The district court has issued non-bailable warrant against TP Nautiyal, an assistant engineer, MDDA and resident of Dalanwala who has been absconding since the vigilance team registered a case under sections of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 against his junior Ajay Kumar.
Nautiyal has been made a co-accused of the case. Vigilance team has been deployed at various places to arrest him, it is learnt. He had allegedly sent the supervisor Ajay Kumar to collect the bribe from complainant lakshmichand. Kumar was arrested by the vigilance on February 3 evening.
