Nikon India launched its first COOlPIX zone in Jamshedpur on Thursday. The photography enthusiasts of the city will now have greater accessibility to the entire Nikon’s COOlPIX range along with the select D-SlR range, Nikon 1 series, select array of Nikkor lenses, Nikon accessories and Nikon sport optics range.The zone located at Kalimati Road, Sakchi, was inaugurated by Kazuo Ninomiya, managing director, Nikon India and Sajjan Kumar, vice president, Imaging Division, Nikon India.
Kazuo Ninomiya, has recently taken charge of Nikon India as the managing director and is on his maiden visit to Jharkhand to expand company’s outreach in the form of COOlPIX Zones in key cities like Jamshedpur, Dhanbad and Deoghar.At the occasion, Ninomiya said, “With the inauguration of the first COOlPIX zone in the major industrial zone in India, Jamshedpur, we aim to create a completely immersive experience for our consumers. These zones are the Nikon’s persistent approach for a greater customer engagement to reach out to all the people in Tier II and III markets with an aim to promote photography as a culture and also allow them a direct access to Nikon products.”
