Chief Minister Raghubar Das addressing a gathering of intellectuals during a seminar organized by the BJP Intellectual Cell here said that the anti-national and anti-social elements, who are getting polarized rapidly against Prime Minister Narenda Modi’s progressive attitude to take India towards 21st century, need to be exposed.
National General Secretary (Organization) Ramlal while expressing his views also charged the Congress party with being a family party while describing the BJP a familiar party.
“Such seminars are important as political polarization of anti-development forces is happening rapidly in the country and states as well as a certain kind of restless is being seen among them as Modi ji has been making serious efforts to take India into 21st century successfully,” said the CM. “It is the duty of every responsible citizen of the country to expose such anti-national, anti-social and anti-development forces,” he added.
“In the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, we have been able to make the idea of ‘Antyodaya’ given by Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay true both in the country and in the BJP-ruled states within a very short period while during 60 years’ rule of Congress and UPA, basic problems of country could not be removed,” said Das.
Counting on the achievements of his Government in the last two and a half years, Das said that Jharkhand was the first State in the country to provide free lPG stove to the women, while it was only Prime Minister Narendra Modi who thought providing lPG cylinder to the poor women of the country.
“Till now, we have given lPG stove to 12 lakh households, while in the next two months 15 lakh more households will be provided free lPG cylinders,” said the CM. The Prime Minister, who believes in having a healthy country, has been making efforts to bring development in both eastern and western parts of the country, which so far remained neglected by the earlier governments.
Expressing his views, Ramlal said that the BJP is a party with a difference having a nationalistic view. He said the party is run with an intention to make a strong nation, it does not matter whether the party gets stronger or not.
“We believe in the ideology – Nation first, party second and self last, while some of the parties in the country have opposite ideology in reverse order – Self first, party second and nation last,” said Ramlal. The Prime Minister has also given a slogan – Sabka Saath – Sabka Vikas which means a lot and no one should have any doubt or confusion about the party’s agenda after this, he added.
“If you see the personality of the BJP leaders, they have a very clean image and we are proud to say that we have the largest number of MPs and MlAs, we are in the Government in maximum number of states in the country and above all, we have the most popular leaders in the party and we have reached here with our own hard work,” said the National General Secretary. And if we talk about other parties like Congress and other regional parties, they are a party run by a particular family, he added.
He said that the party also did not have any ill will about any caste, creed or community and has been able to prove it in the North-Eastern States during the last Assembly elections.
He further said that the respect of India has definitely improved during the last four years after Narendra Modi took over as Prime Minister and has also proved to be quite sensible Government by addressing some of the basic problems of toilets, education, health issues in the country.
