Navneet Tiwari, hawaldar of special branch and main accused in the much talked about arms theft case of the bodyguards of Minister Jaiprakash Bhai Patel, has refused to undergo NARCO test at Ahmedabad. Hazaribagh Police has sent him to Ahmedabad for NARCO, polygraph and lie detector test after getting approval of the court.
