As per the direction of the National legal Services Authority, New Delhi, and the Jharkhand State legal Services Authority, Ranchi, a National lok Adalat is scheduled to be held on December 6 in the premises of the civil court, lohardaga,” said the district judge-cum-president of the District legal Services Authority, Vishnu Kant Sahay.
Sahay added, “This is a good option for free and quick judgment. People should avail this facility. For this six benches have been set up. The cases will be solved on the basis of mutual consent and agreement.”
The cases of litigations, check bounce, electricity, minimum wages, torture for dowry, vehicular accident, mutation of lands, criminal cases and may others will be solved free of cost.
