A murder accused evading police arrest since long has turned the heat on the police in Hussainabad in Palamu.
According to DSP ( Incharge) Hussainabad Sanjay Kumar the murder accused is a deputy mukhiya ( name with held) and is evading police arrest following which the police executed a warrant of seizure against his house only on July 19.
The DSP Incharge said the execution of warrant of seizure of household property has irked this murder accused so much that on July 20 and 21 he took responsibility of burning down two four wheelers in Hussainabad all for to tease the police he added.
The DSP Incharge Sanjay Kumar said the temerity of this murder accused is such that he telephoned a local scribe and told him of the burning of two vehicles in two days time and owned this burning too. ASked for reasons the man is said to have told the journalist ' This is to prick police and to challengeit to arrest him'. The DSP Incharge agreed that desperation has gripped this murder accused who is a deputy mukhiya and it is the murder of the mukhiya in which case he is the murder accused.
This is the first episode of its kind where a murder accused running away from police has so openly given challenges to police by burning down private four wheelers engaged in public transportation.
