‘Why two other Ministers not removed'

Former Chief Minister Arjun Munda questioning the ability to take decisions has asked why the Ministers belonging to JMM and the RJD who are being named in Tara Shahdeo episode have not been removed yet. Munda also added that the issues on which the three ministers–Chandrashekhar Dubey, Simon Mranadi and Yogendar Sao–were removed also raised questions on inability to take decisions of the Hemant Soren-led Government.

Yogendra Sao after being named for running extortion racket had to resign as Agriculture Minister while his colleagues Haji Hussain Ansari and Suresh Paswan despite being charge for having relations with husband of shooter Tara Shahdeo are still holding their offices.

Munda, targeting the administrative irregularities has asked Chief Minister Hemant Soren that whether the junior officers are able to remove their seniors as Additional Secretary level officers are taking decisions taken at the level of Chief Secretary. Munda alleged that some of the senior officers were transferred to comparatively less important departments as they were not abiding by the illegal orders of their Ministers. "According to the reports published in the media, several files are pending with the co-operative minster and even the Chief Minister is taking adverse decisions under the pressure of the junior officers," Munda said, adding the reason behind the state's deteriorating work culture is Chief Minister going directionless and the State is paying the price for it. Ministers in the state government on the other hand, have regularly remained in controversy posing a question mark on the Soren government's moral right to remain in the government.
