A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Indian Institute of Coal Management (IICM) and Indian Institute of Materials Management (IIMM) by Executive Director, IICM, Dr Kamakshi Raman and National President, IIMM, HK Sharma for conducting Professional Diploma Course in Contract Management for the executives of Coal India Limited (CIL).
With a view to address the need for enhancing skill and knowledge related to public procurement and contracts, as per the MoU, Professional Diploma Course in Contract Management shall be jointly conducted by IICM and IIMM for the executives of CIL in E-3 to E-6 grades.
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline is the basic eligibility criteria for these executives. The first course shall be organized in the financial year 2022-23. Manager (System), Mohit Jain will be the Nodal officer from IICM to conduct the diploma course.
Former National President, IIMM, GK Singh, Chief Manager (Civil), A Rahman, Chief Manger (Environment), GK Vaishnav, Manager (Personnel)Tina Roy, Deputy Manager (Finance), Sandeep Kumar, and Deputy Manager (Civil), Divyasanu Pandey were also present on the occasion.
