In Barkattha and Bagodar assembly segments of Koderma parliamentary constituency women voters outnumbered the male voters in using their right.
RO Hazaribagh Sunil Kumar informed that in 250 booths of Koderma seat about 67% women voters have casted their votes while only 53.19% male voters used their right.
In rural areas this data was visible quite easily. On many booths the queue of women was longer than males.
When the newsman enquired about it, answer came that males have already voted in the morning.
