In view of the increasing infection of Corona in Ranchi district, continuous efforts are being made to improve the system related to it. In this sequence, on Saturday, on the instructions of Ranchi Deputy Commissioner (DC), Chhavi Ranjan, mock drills of oxygen plant were conducted at Sadar Hospital, Sub-Divisional Hospital Bundu, Ormanjhi and Sonahatu CHC.

Through mock drill it was seen that there is no problem in oxygen supply from the oxygen plant. Civil Surgeon, Dr Vinod Kumar visited all the places and took stock of the mock drills. For smooth supply of oxygen, the PSA plant installed at Sadar Hospital has a capacity of 800 LMP PSA and 100 LMP PSA. These are all functional and are also connected to the manifold.
