Metallurgical and Engineering Consultants (MECON) limited, entered into Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with IOT Anwesha Engineering & Construction Company limited, Vadodara, a joint venture of IOCl and Oil Tanking GMBH here on Monday for jointly securing and executing EPC/Turnkey jobs in India and abroad. IOTAEC with its office in India and abroad, is serving the Refinery, Fertilizers, Petrochemicals and Chemical Industries as a leading Construction company in the field of Mechanical and Civil engineering within India and abroad.
This MoU has been signed between MECON and IOTAEC to cooperate with each other for jointly securing and executing EPC/Turnkey jobs in India and abroad. Thesigning of the MoU is being seen as a step forward for expanding business by way of providing total solution in a more effective manner, utilizing the synergy of the two companies. The MoU was signed by Shri Asim Chandra, Director & CEO of IOTAEC and S Chattopadhyay, Director (Projects), MECON.
