State BJP president and former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi produced a ‘video proof’ to show that the landalleged to be illegally acquired by former CM Hemant Soren actually belonged to Soren.
Holding a press conference he showed media persons a video of Santosh Munda, the security guard of the 8.5 acre land located in Bariatu area, where Munda is saying that the land where he is living for the past 17 years belongs to Hemant Soren.
Marandi said that Hemant Soren has adopted the method of investing money in land to hide his black money. Soren purchased 8.5 acres of land surrounded by stone walls in Bariatu in someone else's name.
He said that Hemant Soren is currently in the custody of ED but while speaking on the confidence motion of Champai government, he was speaking as if he had not done anything wrong. While challenging Marandi, he was even talking about retiring from politics. He said that no thief accepts being caught after stealing.
Meanwhile, BJP senior leader and party MLA from Khunti Neelkanth Singh Munda on Tuesday targeted Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for not going to Ulihatu, the birthplace of Lord Birsa Munda. Munda said that Congress scion Rahul Gandhi by not going to Ulihatu shows his feelings towards the tribal society.
Biranchi Narayan of BJP also spoke in opposition to the motion of thanks. He said that the Champai Soren government should not try to become the Hemant government part-2. He should not have to go behind the bars for looting sand, stones and land. On Rahul Gandhi's photographs with people carrying coal on bicycles, the BJP leader said that these people on bicycles are illegal smugglers of coal. Rahul Gandhi by having photographs with these people has done an act of promoting such smugglers. If the Champai Soren government has courage then file an FIR against Rahul.
Appointments are not coming out in the state government, even if they come out after four years, the paper gets leaked. When the cat gets the responsibility of guarding the milk, then God is the master. If the government has the courage then there should be a CBI investigation. On the basis of investigation in this state, Pooja Singhal (IAS) came under the grip of law. But despite ED's request, no FIR was filed against him. Bullets and cash were found from Sahebganj DC Ramniwas Yadav but no FIR was lodged against him. This government is also following the path of theft of sand and stone. Hemant Soren said in the House that injustice was done to him. He was sent to jail. Hemant has challenged that if it is proved that he had committed a scam he will leave Jharkhand on evidence.
But, before making such remarks, Hemant should tell who Pankaj Mishra is. These people kept looting Jharkhand. Tribal people are being converted to religion by luring them. The demography of tribals has changed in many places. It is being divided into pieces. Irfan Ansari described the Governor as a dictator in the House and said that we like the southern states, their art culture and lifestyle, but the Governor does not like the tribals here.
Meanwhile, Amar Bauri appealed to the speaker to sponge off the word dictatorship. Describing the Governor as a custodian, he also appealed to the House to show respect for him. Mithilesh Thakur amidst the uproar, MLA sought answers from Raj Bhavan and said that when Raj Bhavan was informed about majority on January 31, then why did they wait for 40 hours. In Bihar, Nitish government was sworn in within 4 hours, but here it took 40 hours. BJP people are engaged in killing democracy through the back door. Governor's address is a bundle of lies: Lambodar AJSU Party MLA Lambodar Mahato described the Governor's address as a bundle of lies. He also said that he understood the noise made by the ruling party during the address. In fact they did not want the government to be exposed.
Champai Soren is also famous as Tiger. If they are calling themselves Part 2 then they should complete the work like 1932 Khatian based policy, OBC reservation, caste census etc. MLA Pradeep Yadav, while asking questions on the contribution of BJP people during independence, said that they are dictatorial people. It is because of independence and then the Constitution that people from tribal, OBC and Dalit classes are seen here today. Had it been under their (BJP) rule, this country would have been run by Manu Smriti.
