Three mixer machines were torched by CPI-Maoists at Tarwadeeh in latehar district. The Maoists were led by Chhotu Kharwar.
Sources said Chhotu Kharwar has stepped up his activities following the surrender of Nukul Yadav. Kharwar has now set his eyes on the space left by Yadav.
SP latehar Dhananjay Singh confirming this torching of three mixer machines said the arson is the handiwork of Chhotu Kharwar. He said a PWD road is coming up between Garu and Kotam and the construction machines were for a bridge there.
