PNS

The local policy has become an obstacle in the path of every political party. Each party thinks who would go for risk. Any party will have to come forward to solve this problem and decide the local policy and then only the state can go in pipeline,” said the founder of Nawa Bihan Praveen Singh while talking to the media persons.

Singh added further, “To my view all the political and social party should submit their own definition of locals to the govt. in lack of this policy the development of the state has been choked.”

Singh divided the localism into three parts as Mulwasi locals, permanent locals and locals and said, “In first whoever will be included in 1932 survey they should be considered as Mulwasi locals. Secondly whoever had come in the state before 1952 or any of their family members passed Matriculation from here or who proves the three Khatiayani, they may be considered as permanent locals. The third locals should be given the cut off date 15 November 2000. By the assents of all the parties and people it should be decided so that the people of the state may get the benefits of local policy.”
