Speaking as the chief guest at the 25th Charter Night celebration of lions Club of Bokaro thermal at indoor house of the station club, ln Rajeev Ranjan, DG -322 said "being the member of this prestigious organisation, each and every lion is committed to contribute towards its growth and success by providing their unconditional services to the society for a noble cause.
In view to achieve our goal as well as to strengthen our club, it is essential that we unite and strengthen ourselves at all levels. Together we can render our services to the society in a better way and can leave a mark in the history of lionism."

The 25th charter night was celebrated at station club on late in the evening on Sunday ,DG ,Rajeev Ranjan ,Guest of honour ,CE and project head of DVC, Bokaro Thermal ,P.Kumar ,lion president Md Eysin ,ln Bhanu Giri and ,Charter night chair person ,Binod Bhatia inaugurated the programme by lighting the traditional lamp .P Kumar ,CE &project head ,he was one of the distinguished guest of honour on the occasion ,said that the lions club of Bokaro Thermal has a long history of service ,which your valued members have been carrying out diligently and effectively services towards rendered to the society .I wish to congratulate everyone fot your extraordinary contribution towards the humanity and your achievement and work records are exemplary -added CE &PH ,P Kumar .
The function started with a "Gayatri Manrta" and ended with national anthem .later the president of the club ln Md Eyasin, welcomed the guests and also listed the achievements of the club while ln S.D. Singh presented the annual reports.
Three new lion members who joined the club including P.K. Jha, Ashok Kumar Sakuja and S.Saha. Others who were present on the occasion were ln G .Jha, ln Yogendra Giri, ln Jitendra Kumar Singh ,ln Dharam Singh ,ln Manoj Kumar ,ln Jitendra Gupta,ln Dr H Kumar and others . At the end of the programme ln N.P. Sinha coordinated the function and ln Binod Bhatia proposed the vote of thanks.
