A libyan scholar Aiad Amar Mohamed pursuing his doctorate under Professor SMPN Singh Shahi on English Vocabulary is facing technical glitches at RU. He has been trying to meet VC RK Pandey over the matter. Mohamed is a lecturer in English Department at Zawia University and about to complete his PhD. “I came here as part of university exchange programme. It has been four years here and I have completed my thesis. Once the technical problems are solved, I can return to my university,” he said.
